2023 March Madness: Arkansas’ Odds to Win Tournament, Make Final Four

Arkansas will play UConn in the Sweet 16. The Razorbacks opened as +3.5 underdogs for that contest — and rightfully so.

While the Huskies are considered the fourth-best team in college basketball, according to KenPom, Arkansas is 17th.

And Bart Torvik's T-Rankings rank UConn No. 4 overall, with Arkansas clocking in at No. 18 overall.

Still, the Razorbacks are live with their two likely top-five picks.

Guards Nick Smith and Anthony Black are projected to go in the top five in the NBA Draft, as of March.

Junior guard Ricky Council figures to be drafted at some point in the second round, too.

Arkansas upset Kansas by a point on Saturday night in a nail-biter. Should it beat UConn in the Sweet 16, it'd face either UCLA, Gonzaga or TCU in the Elite Eight.
