Cincinnati vs Arizona State College Basketball Betting Preview

I project this game close to a pick, so I show some value on the Sun Devils at home.

College Basketball Projections, Picks: Tanner McGrath's Power Ratings & Score Model Image

I know everyone is super low on the Sun Devils, especially after Bobby Hurley’s post-game comments following their third consecutive loss:

But this seems like a decent buy-low spot against Cincinnati, given the Bearcats have been underwhelming on the road (0-6 SU, 2-4 ATS) and can’t score (last in the Big 12 in offensive efficiency).

Yes, Cincinnati’s defense is terrifying. But this is a great matchup for Moe Odum, who could absolutely rip apart the Bearcats' drop-coverage with dribble creation in the middle of the floor — that's kind of his forte.

Three of Arizona State’s five conference losses have come on the road against top-15 teams (Arizona, Houston, BYU). That’s a tough stretch.

Meanwhile, Cincinnati has shown us nothing special outside of the home win over Iowa State.

My Pick: Arizona State +2.5 or Better
