The first round of the ACC Tournament rolls on with Tuesday’s second matchup between NC State and Clemson at 4:30 p.m. ET.
A game between No. 15 seed NC State and 10th-seeded Clemson in the opening round of a conference tournament that will likely tip off while most people are still at work might not be very attractive to casual bettors. However, the market activity is extremely interesting.
