Horizon League Tournament 2024 Odds: Youngstown State Favored to Punch NCAA Tournament Ticket

The Horizon League begins its conference tournament on Tuesday, March 5.
One team will be looking to punch its ticket to the Big Dance as the Horizon will be a one-bid league.
The top five teams will receive a first-round bye in the tournament. Oakland is the No. 1 seed in the Horizon with a 15-5 conference record. The Golden Grizzlies are the second-biggest favorite to win the conference tournament at +280 odds.
The favorite to win the tournament is Youngstown State. The Penguins are +200 at FanDuel to win the Horizon and punch their ticket to the NCAA Tournament. Youngstown State finished second in the regular season standings, one game back of Oakland.
The tournament will be broadcasted on ESPN+ with the semifinal and final broadcasted on the ESPN family of networks.
