Utah is looking to keep its College Football Playoff hopes alive when it faces Oregon in the Pac-12 Championship Game on Friday night.

The Utes need a win to have any shot at reaching the national semifinals, but are far from guaranteed a spot given that the committee can make a case that Oklahoma has a more impressive resume.

Utah will bring one of the nation's stingiest defenses and a solid, ball-control offense to Santa Clara on Friday night, while Oregon looks to bounce back from a loss to Arizona State and a dreadful offensive showing against Oregon State.

3:45 p.m. ET: The market is moving back toward Utah -6.5, as the +7's are disappearing. Totals are mostly down to 45.5, as well.

1:40 p.m. ET:  More 45.5's are starting to pop up around the market, though 46 is still the total at a majority of books. The same goes for the side, with mostly 6.5's but some 7's out there, as well.

10:45 a.m. ET: There are several Oregon +7's available right now, and the line appears to be moving that way. It's possible we see some buyback once it reached +7 market-wide, but if you like the Utes, try to grab a -6.5 while you still can.

7 a.m. ET: The juice has shifted in Utah's direction overnight, with PointsBet offering the Utes at -6.5 (-115). The market is almost entirely at -6.5, with the total at 46.

Pac-12 Championship Game Betting History

The Pac-12 Championship Game has only been around for a few years, but favorites have historically fared well.

The betting favorite is 4-1 against the spread since the inaugural game in 2014, and USC still won as a favorite despite failing to cover by half a point.

Last year, Utah's offense struggled mightily in the Pac-12 title game without quarterback Tyler Huntley and running back Zack Moss, who are both back this season and have turned in excellent campaigns.
