Week 3 delivers another loaded Saturday slate with plenty of value across the player prop markets.
This time, I’m zeroing in on Rodney Gallagher, J’Koby Williams, and Carson Beck.
Here are my top three college football player props for Saturday, September 13.

Rodney Gallagher Under 30.5 Receiving Yards

While the Mountaineers will need a wide receiver to step up with Jaden Bray lost for the season, don't expect it to be Rodney Gallagher.
Gallagher is one of the more experienced options on the West Virginia depth chart, but he is buried in the team's target share numbers.
Through two games, Rodney has seen just two targets, which is seventh on the team, excluding Bray.
It also doesn't help that the West Virginia passing attack has been inefficient, as the Mountaineers rank 115th nationally in completion percentage.
Don't let the boost in opportunity fool you; fade Gallagher until proven otherwise.
Pick: Under 30.5 Receiving Yards (-115, bet365)

J'Koby Williams Under 79.5 Rush Yards

Next, we move on to another player whose yardage prop is not in line with his opportunity.
Texas Tech running back Quinten Joyner is out for the season with a knee injury.
That opened the door for a trio of running backs to receive carries. J'Koby Williams was anticipated to lead the backfield, but that has not been the case.
Through two games, Williams has just 15 carries and is third on the team in rushing share.
The Red Raiders have a great matchup against the Oregon State defense this week, but it's clear the market has yet to adjust to Williams' role in the offense.
It's wise to fade him as it will likely take a big play to get him over this number.
Pick: Under 79.5 Rush Yards (-115, bet365)

Carson Beck Under 287.5 Passing Yards

Lastly, we turn our attention to Miami and its star quarterback, Carson Beck.
The former Georgia Bulldog has made a great impression through the first two games of the season, but has yet to push the ball down the field.
Beck is averaging just 6.6 yards per pass, which is good for 80th in the nation. The Hurricanes have not needed him to make big plays as their defense has contained the opposition, so minimal offensive production has been needed.
Seeing as they are 17-point favorites over South Florida, it's likely he won't be throwing the ball much in the second half as Miami grinds the game out to protect its projected lead.
However, on top of the game script, the matchup is not easy, as the Bulls have shown they are able to hang with the top teams in the nation. South Florida ranks 42nd nationally in yards per pass allowed and 62nd in opponent completion percentage.
All signs point to Beck managing the Hurricanes' offense to another win this Saturday.
Pick: Under 287.5 Pass Yards (-115, bet365)
