  • The Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook opened the Michigan Wolverines as 3.5-point favorites against the Ohio State Buckeyes in early college football Week 13 lines.
  • According to The Action Network's college football analyst Collin Wilson, there may already be value based on this early betting line.

Maybe Jim Harbaugh can coach after all?

Following a season-opening loss to Notre Dame that had many questioning Harbaugh's future at Michigan, the Wolverines have rattled off eight straight wins, including a convincing 42-7 beatdown of Penn State last week.

On the other hand, rival Ohio State has struggled in recent weeks, including a blowout loss to Purdue and sneaking past Nebraska on Saturday, 36-31, despite the Buckeyes closing as 17-point favorites.

However, we all know that the measuring stick for these two programs is how they perform against each other.

While Michigan won't take on Ohio State until Nov. 24, the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook has posted early lines as part of its College Football Games of the Year.

At the time of writing, the Wolverines are listed as 3.5-point home favorites against the Buckeyes.

S&P+ projects this line to be Michigan -5.5, while The Action Network's college football analyst Collin Wilson expects a shorter spread, making the Wolverines 1.5-point favorites.

This would be the first time Michigan is favored in Columbus since 2004, when it lost outright as 5.5-point favorites. Prior to that, the Wolverines had not been favored at Ohio State since 1992. The Buckeyes have been favored in Ann Arbor five times since 2005, and three times in the last 10 seasons.
