There are two things that are key here.

Firstly, the Falcons have been strong against the pass this season, allowing an average of just 135 passing yards per game. That’s a number lower than any other team in the NFL.

We’ve also seen Josh Allen only exceed 31 passing attempts once this season, with the Bills confident in their ground game, especially with their running back excelling.

James Cook fully broke out last season, but he’s arguably been even better this time around. He’s had 100+ rushing yards in three of five games and already has five touchdowns to his name.

He’s really developing into one of the league’s best running backs. He’s averaged 18 carries per game this season and given the Falcons' strength against the pass, he should continue to see volume on the ground.

Pick: James Cook Over 15.5 Rushing Attempts (-110 at bet365)

Given that the Falcons have given up an average of just 135 yards through the air each game, it really shouldn’t be a surprise that tight ends have struggled against this defense.

However, the data will surprise you. In four games, the Falcons have given up just 69 yards to opposing tight ends, an average of just 17.25 yards per game.

It’s been a great season for Dalton Kincaid, who has found the end zone three times and cemented himself as one of Josh Allen’s favorite targets.

However, Kincaid's exceeded 38.5 receiving yards in only 60% of his games — given the Falcons’ defense, and the fact that Kincaid has been struggling with an oblique injury this week, we should see him have a less-than-stellar performance on MNF.

Pick: Dalton Kincaid Under 38.5 Receiving Yards (-118 at BetMGM)

Bijan Robinson Over 109.5 Rushing and Receiving Yards (-115)

Let’s put it simply: the Falcons offense is Bijan Robinson.

The former Texas running back is one of the most talented, dynamic and athletic players in the league and he’s been excellent again, despite scoring just twice so far this season.

The great thing about Robinson is that he can torment the opposing defense either on the ground or through the air, and arguably has the best hands of any running back in the league.

His rushing and receiving yard line stands at 109.5 for this game, which feels like an absolute must-smash. It’s a total that he’s exceeded in every game so far this season.

Robinson's had 72 or more rushing yards in three of four games and impressively has hit 100+ receiving yards in 50% of his games this season, too.

He’s the all-round package, and despite the fact this Bills defense is very good, he will continue to be key for them.

The Bills are only four-point favorites; you’d have to think that means we won’t see the Falcons moving away from the ground game if they’re within distance.

Pick: Bijan Robinson Over 109.5 Rushing and Receiving Yards (-115 at BetMGM)

Keon Coleman Anytime Touchdown (+225)

For our final bet, we’re taking Keon Coleman to score a touchdown.

The sophomore WR has already found the end zone twice this season and offers the best value Anytime Touchdown pick on the market for this game. He’s tied for the most targets on the Bills offense, alongside Khalil Shakir, with 29 this season.

If you really dig into the numbers, you can see that while Shakir has more targets inside the red zone, it’s Coleman who has the most inside the 10, with Josh Allen relying on his big-body wideout to haul in the ball when the team is close to the end zone.

Both of Coleman's touchdowns came from passes inside the 10, and he leads the team on passes that close to the end zone.

Pick: Keon Coleman Anytime Touchdown (+225 at DraftKings)
