Chargers Moneyline

The Chargers will look to snap their two-game losing streak at home tonight. We’ll back the home team after a double-digit loss to the Colts on Sunday.
Minnesota finds itself in a tough spot on a short week while continuing to battle multiple injuries. With J.J. McCarthy still sidelined, backup quarterback Carson Wentz will get the start, and I expect him to struggle in this matchup. Wentz has been turnover-prone lately — he threw two interceptions and fumbled once against the Eagles — which could be a key factor in this game.
Justin Herbert and the Chargers’ offense should control the tempo and get back in the win column on Thursday night.
According to our director of research Evan Abrams, the Chargers are 4-0 straight up and against the spread when playing on short rest in the regular season under head coach Jim Harbaugh.

Kimani Vidal 50+ Rushing Yards

Kimani Vidal should continue see a heavy workload tonight with Omari Hampton, Hassan Haskins and Najee Harris sidelined due to injuries.
The game script could also favor this prop as the Chargers are 3.5-point favorites and are expected to play with a lead for most of the night.
Minnesota has struggled to stop the run, ranking 18th in the NFL and allowing an average of 117.7 rushing yards per game.
Vidal rushed for 124 yards in his first start of the season against the Dolphins. He tallied just 20 yards against the Colts on Sunday, largely due to the fact that the Chargers were forced into a trailing game script that require Justin Herbert to throw more.
