Colby Parkinson is fresh off a season-best performance against the Lions in Week 15. He caught five of seven targets for 75 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
He’s quietly become a key part of the Rams offense and has scored in five of his past six games. However, we’re taking him for his yardage total for TNF.
Parkinson's gone over 35.5 receiving yards in four of his past eight games, but crucially faces a Seahawks defense that has given up the fourth-most yards to tight ends this season.
They’re averaging 68 yards per game to TEs and with Parkinson’s increased role in the receiving game, he needs to be backed.
Parkinson's averaged 9.6 yards per catch and has had four or more receptions in four of his past six games.

Kyren Williams Over 8.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
We’re taking another Rams player to hit the over on receiving yards — this time it’s running back Kyren Williams.
Williams isn’t the best pass-catching RB in the league, but he’s more than capable and he’s had double-digit receiving yards in nine of 14 games this season, including the past two contests.
The Seahawks have given up the seventh-fewest receiving yards per game, yet rank fifth most for receiving yards per game for running backs.
They’re allowing 5.7 receptions per game and 40.2 receiving yards per game to RBs.

Sam Darnold Over 230.5 Passing Yards (-110)
The Rams are marginal favorites in a monster game in the NFC West with the winner taking a firm lead in the division. If the Seahawks play from behind, then everything is going to be on Sam Darnold’s shoulders.
His line for TNF stands at 230.5 passing yards, slightly higher than what the Rams have allowed this season (219.7).
Despite that, it feels like Darnold’s total is one worth tackling. Darnold has put up some big numbers this season and has broken 230.5 passing yards in nine of 15 games, including four of his past five.
He’s averaging 27.8 passing attempts and 245.2 passing yards per game.
