MLB Weather Report for Friday, April 16: Rain Possible in Boston & Kansas City, Plus Forecasts for Every Game

There's a full 15-game slate on the MLB schedule for Friday, and our Sports Insights Weather Report shows two games at risk of being delayed or postponed because of weather.

The Red Sox and White Sox begin a series in Boston at 7:10 p.m. ET. The forecast shows light rain and 67% precipitation at 7 p.m. It doesn't dip below 60% until 10 p.m. If the teams are able to get the game in, the forecast also calls for winds as high as 15 mph blowing in from left field.

The other game at risk is in Kansas City, where the Blue Jays and Royals are set to begin a series at 8:10 p.m. ET Kauffman Stadium. The forecast there shows light rain and 75% precipitation at 8 p.m., with it not dropping below 60% until after 10 p.m.
