There's a full slate of MLB games on Tuesday, including a doubleheader between the Twins and Athletics, and our Sports Insights Weather Report shows two games worth monitoring for possible weather delays or postponements.
In Detroit, the 6:40 p.m. ET first pitch between the Pirates and Tigers looks to be under considerable risk. Possible light rain is in the forecast from 6 p.m. on with precipitation percentages at 60% or higher from 7 p.m. on. DFS and season-long fantasy players would be wise to avoid rostering players from that game tonight.
Things don't look quite as dire in Cincinnati, but the 6:40 p.m. ET tilt between the Diamondbacks and Reds is still worth monitoring. The forecast calls for possible light rain beginning at 9 p.m. with precipitation increasing thereafter. The game, at the time of writing, should begin on time, but delays are possible.
Below, you can find the full weather forecast for every game played either outside or in a stadium with a retractable roof. Most games will also get a Weather Rating, which helps you determine how hitter-friendly we've determined the weather for that game to be, courtesy of our Fantasy Labs Player Models. The higher the score, the more hitter-friendly it is.
