NBA Injury News

Sat 7:25 PM ET Update: Trae Young has officially been cleared to play in Game 6 on Saturday after missing the previous two games due to a right foot bone bruise. There was no mention of a potential minute limitation from interim coach McMillan, and Young's return should calibrate the rotation with Lou Williams returning to a reserve role.

The Bucks were able to reduce Young's effectiveness as a playmaker in Games 2 and 3, and Bucks' Jrue Holiday will likely remain Young's primary defender.

12:30 p.m. ET Update: Giannis Antetokounmpo has officially been ruled out for Saturday's Game 6.

Giannis Antetokounmpo continues to deal with a hyperextended left knee, and the team has listed him as doubtful ahead of Game 6 on Saturday.

Antetokounmpo missed the win on Thursday after suffering the injury on Tuesday, and there has been no update on how long he could be sidelined. Bobby Portis moved into the starting lineup in Game 5 sans Antetokounmpo, and coach Budenholzer stripped down his rotation to six players.

Trae Young is officially labeled as questionable for the Atlanta Hawks heading into Game 6 on Saturday. He missed the previous two games due to a right foot bone bruise, and Lou Williams started in Young's absence both times. Head coach Nate McMillan intimated Young will likely be a game-time decision as he was prior to the previous two contests. Bogdan Bogdanovic is listed probable with a sore right knee for which he has yet to miss a game during the postseason.
