Iowa State enters the contest with a 24-5 record. The Cyclones were ranked fourth last week but will likely slip in the rankings following an 82-73 home loss to Texas Tech on Saturday.
Junior Milan Momcilovic leads the team with 17.4 points per game. Joshua Jefferson, a native of Las Vegas, has added 16.8 points and a team-leading 7.4 rebounds.
On the other side, Arizona has clinched at least a share of the Big 12 regular-season title.
Head coach Tommy Lloyd has guided the Wildcats to four consecutive wins, three of which came against ranked opponents. Arizona is coming off an impressive 84-61 victory over Kansas on Saturday.
