Duke vs. Tennessee Odds: Public Hammering Spread and What it Means for Bettors

The Duke Blue Devils are three-point betting favorites against the spread over the Tennessee Volunteers for Saturday’s Round of 32 NCAA Tournament game.
And the betting splits are about as one-sided as it gets.

If it holds, Duke would be a top-10 most-bet team ever in the tourney. Teams getting 82% or more of tickets have yet to cover in the NCAA Tournament, per our own Evan Abrams.
Duke took care of business in the Round of 64, routing Oral Roberts 74-51 as 5.5-point favorites.
The Blue Devils enter Saturday’s game vs. Tennessee on a 5-0 run against the spread. Jon Scheyer’s club was a perfect 3-0 through the ACC Tournament.
Tennessee, meanwhile, has dropped three of the last four against the spread.
The No. 4-seeded Volunteers escaped ULL in the Round of 64 by a score of 58-55, failing to cover as double-digit chalk.
