At 9-2, Army opened as a 6.5-point favorite over Navy (3-9) in this year’s annual matchup, and 72% of tickets are laying the points with the Black Knights.

That heavy support has brought this line through the key number of seven, putting Army at -7.5 as of Saturday morning.

Bettors are relatively split on the total, as 52% of tickets have played the over. Sixty-six percent of actual dollars have landed on the under, however, pushing the already-low total down from 44 to 39.5.

We’ll update this post throughout the day until the game kicks off at 3 p.m. ET.

Army-Navy Betting Odds

3:14 p.m. ET: The spread closes at Army -7.5, and the total winds up at 38.5.

2:59 p.m. ET: In the final minutes prior to kickoff, the total has made another move, going back down to 38.5.

2:39 p.m. ET: And here’s the move that was foreshadowed. Army is now back to a 7.5-point favorite.

2:32 p.m. ET: While the point spread hasn’t moved off Army -7 for a few hours, the juice did just make a significant jump from -105 to -118, hinting at a potential move to come.

2:23 p.m. ET: This line just won’t settle. It’s now inched back up to 39.

2:08 p.m. ET: Just as it did a little over an hour ago, the total has skipped over 39, dropping a full point from 39.5 to 38.5.

2:04 p.m. ET: It didn’t take long for bettors to take advantage of the raised total, as it’s once again on the downward move, now listed at 39.5.

2:03 p.m. ET: Finally, the line movement has changed direction — and significantly. In the past two minutes the total has risen two points up to 40.

1:45 p.m. ET: The over/under movement continues, as we’re now down to a new low at 38.

12:49 p.m. ET: More under money has this total down another full point to 38.5.

12:35 p.m. ET: After a brief change of direction, the total is once again falling. It’s now returned to 39.5.

11:39 a.m. ET: This morning’s downward trend on the spread continues as Army is back to an unhooked 7-point favorite.

11:35 a.m. ET: Apparently 39.5 was a bit too low, as oddsmakers have returned the total to 40.

9:54 a.m. ET: For the first time all week, the over/under is below 40, continuing its free fall to 39.5.

9:45 a.m. ET: While more bets and dollars are landing on the favorite, the line has inched down to Army -7.5.

9:21 a.m. ET: The total continues to fall and is now listed at 40.

8:00 a.m. ET: The spread begins the day with Army favored by 8, with a total of 40.5.
