Sportsbooks will be in an unusual spot for the first College Football Playoff semifinal on Saturday afternoon as Notre Dame has attracted most of the money as a 10.5-point underdog against Clemson.
This line has bounced around after opening at Clemson -10.5 at Pinnacle shortly after the playoff announcement. It reached -13.5 the week of Dec. 14, but has since been bet down back to the opener.

4:05 p.m. ET: Pinnacle closed the line at Clemson -10.5 and the total at 57.5. Other books were still at -11 at kickoff.
3:55 p.m. ET: While the spread has mostly remained the same over the last few hours, the Notre Dame moneyline at Pinnacle has dropped from around +330 to +312 with so much liability on the Irish. More than 70% of moneyline bets are on ND.
3:30 p.m. ET: Most of the market has moved to Clemson -10.5. The total has remained steady throughout Saturday at 57.5.
2:42 p.m. ET: Pinnacle has made the move down to -10.5, but its not a market-wide consensus yet. Many books are still at Clemson -11.
1:30 p.m. ET: Notre Dame is down to +11 marketwide, and our Line Predictor tool estimates that the Irish will move to +10.5 next.
9:55 a.m. ET: Pinnacle has joined the party at -11.5, marking the first time in over two weeks it's listed this spread under 12.5.
9:15 a.m. ET: Several books have started to move this line down to Clemson -11.5 as Notre Dame money continues to flow in. The total continues to rise, reaching 58.

Notre Dame is receiving about 75% of bets as of Saturday morning, and sportsbooks will need Clemson to win outright and cover.
