For this Sunday AFC North, the Baltimore Ravens (4-1) head to Huntington Bank Field to take on the Cleveland Browns (3-2). Riding a four-game winning streak, Baltimore enters as a road favorite, however, divisional rivalries in Cleveland are rarely comfortable.
While trading as underdogs, the Browns look to lean on their red-zone defense and home-field advantage to slow down Baltimore's explosive offense and force a low-scoring battle. The thing is… the market is not so sure they can actually do it.

Ravens vs. Browns Odds
Coming off four consecutive victories, Baltimore enters as a -3.5 road favorite behind a high-octane attack averaging 29.2 points per game, ranking 6th in the NFL. Their offensive mechanism is anchored by Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson, so it makes perfect sense that traders are backing them to win at Huntington Bank Field.
Right now, the Ravens are trading at 64% implied odds, and I think the moneyline is pretty accurate. In fact, I believe Baltimore's physical and offensive superiority isn't fully reflected in those numbers, so backing Baltimore on the moneyline is my choice.
For the Cleveland Browns, their greatest strength stems from a disruptive front seven led by Myles Garrett. He stands as the ultimate X-factor for Cleveland, as his ability to disrupt handoffs, generate pressure and collapse the pocket single-handedly can stall Baltimore’s plan. Playing at home in a physical divisional environment also works to their advantage, often dragging high-powered offenses into defensive battles.
At the same time, the Browns' biggest flaw is an offensive unit plagued by poor pass protection and low third-down conversion rates, which frequently leaves their defense overworked on the field.
Ravens vs Browns Spread & Totals
Both team profiles point toward a physically demanding contest where Baltimore will try to take control through its running game. Unless Cleveland’s offensive line can protect the pocket and sustain drives early, the Ravens should eventually wear down the Browns’ defensive front in the second half.
While I expect the Ravens to win the battle of attrition after a long, physical grind, I believe that by the time they take control, it will be too late for the game to turn into a blowout. Instead, I anticipate a clear victory for Baltimore, but a close one in terms of the final score. It's a somewhat conservative position, but I'm confident that the Ravens will cover the -3.5 spread.
Baltimore enters the matchup averaging over 29 points per game. Even against a strong Cleveland pass rush, the combined scoring trajectory projects a final score above the 40.5-point mark that has become the consensus on the Polymarket board. In that context, the Over on 42.5 total points stands out as a great option.
Ravens Player Props: Henry, Andrews
Derrick Henry remains the focal point of Baltimore’s offensive production, entering Week 6 averaging over 95 rushing yards per game alongside seven touchdowns through five games. With Baltimore favored on the road, a run-heavy game script in the second half makes the Over on his 89.5 rushing yards line and his Anytime Touchdown prop two great positions for this game.
Tight end Mark Andrews remains a primary red-zone target for Baltimore's passing attack. Cleveland's defense plays aggressive man-to-man coverage near the goal line, which frequently opens up intermediate routes for tight ends in the middle of the field. This makes Andrews’ Over 29.5 Receiving Yards and his Anytime Touchdown prop truly interesting targets for this Sunday matchup.
The Ravens and Browns are scheduled to kick off this Sunday, October 18 at 1:00 p.m. ET at Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland, Ohio.
