Buffalo heads west fresh off an overtime thriller against the Rams, while Las Vegas looks to snap a two-game skid against a defense that’s been bleeding points lately. The Bills sit at 4-1 and lead the league in scoring, while the Raiders have dropped back-to-back games to the Chiefs and Patriots to fall to 3-2. Here’s how I’m leaning on the spread, moneyline and total before Sunday’s 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. But before we dive in, be sure to check out our Kalshi review, grab the Kalshi promo code, and download the Action Network app for more NFL picks and predictions.

Let's get into my Raiders vs. Bills predictions and my NFL predictions for week 6.

Raiders vs. Bills Picks

SPREAD

Buffalo opened as a clear road favorite, and the number has settled in the mid-single digits. Trading on the spread is close to even on Kalshi, which fits a Raiders team that’s still capable of moving the ball even while its defense has struggled to get stops.

MONEYLINE

Straight up, the gap widens considerably in Buffalo’s favor. Josh Allen and an offense averaging nearly 33 points a game give the Bills a clear edge over a Raiders squad that’s lost its last two outings by double digits combined.

TOTAL

With both defenses ranking among the league’s leakier units in the red zone, the total sits on the higher end for Week 6. Activity is split almost evenly, a sign the market sees this as competitive scoring-wise even with Buffalo the heavier favorite to win.

My Pick: Packers, moneyline.

Raiders vs. Bills Odds

  • Raiders-Bills Point Spread: Bills -4.5 51¢
  • Raiders-Bills Total: Over/Under 53.5
  • Raiders-Bills Moneyline: Bills 68¢ · Raiders 33¢

NFL 2026 Week 6 Picks

Week 6 of the 2026 NFL season sends the league’s highest-scoring offense into the desert, as Buffalo visits Las Vegas off a short week following Monday’s overtime win over the Rams. The Raiders, meanwhile, need a response after consecutive losses to the Chiefs and Patriots exposed a defense that’s allowed 17 touchdowns already this season.

Best Prediction for Raiders vs. Bills

Las Vegas has shown flashes on offense, but its defense has been the issue, surrendering points at a pace few teams in the league can match. Buffalo’s attack, led by Josh Allen’s dual-threat ability, lines up as close to a worst-case matchup as the Raiders could draw right now.

Trading on this one has stayed fairly lopsided on the moneyline all week, with Buffalo pulling the larger share of activity throughout. Rather than lean on the moneyline again, I’d look to the spread here: Buffalo’s offense traveling well combined with a Raiders defense that’s struggled to find answers makes covering the number a reasonable lean.

Pick: Bills -4.5

Prediction Market Trends

  • Buffalo holds a clear edge in moneyline activity, with the market firmly behind the Bills to win outright.
  • The spread is drawing a tighter, closer-to-even split, reflecting respect for a Raiders offense that can still put points on the board.
  • Total trading is split close to down the middle, with a number that sits higher than most of this week’s other games.
