  • On Friday, the Baltimore Ravens listed Joe Flacco (hip) as doubtful for their Week 11 game against the Cincinnati Bengals (1 p.m. ET Sunday, CBS.)
  • According to reports, Lamar Jackson is expected to start with Robert Griffin III serving as the backup.
  • Sportsbooks opened the Ravens as 4.5-point favorites on Saturday morning, but the line fell to -3.5 within a few minutes.

Last week, news broke that Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco was dealing with a hip injury.

Baltimore is coming off a bye week and has been holding out hope that he'll be able to play this Sunday vs. Cincinnati, but after a third straight missed practice on Friday, Flacco has officially been listed as doubtful.

Though he's not out, sportsbooks finally posted lines for the game with the expectation that Flacco won't play.

Rookie QB Lamar Jackson is expected to start per the Twittersphere, with Robert Griffin III set to back him up.

Shortly after 11 a.m. ET Saturday, Baltimore opened at -4.5 with an over/under of 43.5. However, the Ravens quickly fell to -3.5 within a couple minutes, before popping back up to -4.

In Westgate lookahead lines, the Ravens were -5.5 against the Bengals as of last week. The line movement to -3.5 makes sense given Flacco's value of 2-3 points to the spread.
