Bills vs Rams Monday Night Football Preview
The Bills might be winning games, but they are very vulnerable right now.
Josh Allen does not look 100% healthy, and if his scrambling ability is compromised, it completely changes the ceiling of this offense.
To make matters worse, DJ Moore might not play as he continues to deal with a shoulder injury, which significantly condenses their passing attack. Fellow wideout Josh Palmer has also been ruled out with his own shoulder injury.
On the other side of the ball, Buffalo's defense is atrocious. They rank in the bottom five in both EPA and success rate and will be missing Ed Oliver, who leads all defensive linemen in quick pressures.
The Rams have survived a brutal early season travel schedule (Australia, Denver, Philly) and finally get to play a home game.
Offensively, this is the healthiest Los Angeles has looked this season. Puka Nacua is back, meaning Matthew Stafford finally has his full arsenal to attack a bottom-tier Bills defense.
The Rams are excellent at limiting explosives and defending the run with light boxes, which forces opponents into sustained, methodical drives.
Best of all, Aaron Donald is trending toward playing, and he is capable of completely blowing up the interior of Buffalo's offensive line.
When East Coast teams travel to play West Coast teams in primetime, the West Coast team is a flawless 11-0 straight up and 10-0-1 against the spread (ATS) in the last 11 instances.
Bills vs Rams Prediction, Betting Analysis
I love the Rams tonight. It's a classic case of good-on-bad when the Rams have the ball against a depleted, bottom-five Bills defense.
Buffalo's offense is dealing with a potentially compromised Josh Allen playing shorthanded, while Los Angeles is getting healthy at the right time.
Pick: Rams -3 (-110)
