NFC West Divisional Odds

  • Los Angeles Rams: -175
  • San Francisco 49ers: 7-2
  • Seattle Seahawks: 7-2
  • Arizona Cardinals: 35-1

The Los Angeles Rams will try to shake off the Super Bowl hangover that has plagued recent championship game losers, and oddsmakers believe Sean McVay's team will once again win the NFC West.

According to the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook, LA is a considerable favorite to finish first in the division for a third straight season at -175 odds.

San Francisco, which returns starting quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo from ACL surgery, is tied at 7-2 with Seattle, a playoff team from 2018 that won 10 games.

Arizona is longshot at 35-1 to win the NFC West, but there is plenty of enthusiasm in Phoenix after the Cardinals brought in an offensive-minded head coach Kliff Kingsbury and used the first pick in the 2018 NFL Draft to select quarterback Kyler Murray.

NFC West Best Bet

Not only are the Rams the favorites to win the NFC West, but they're also the most likely team to win Super Bowl 54 according to The Action Network's NFL simulations.

LA hoists the Lombardi Trophy 12.8% of the time based on our numbers, which provides a bettable edge compared to its current 10-1 odds to win the Super Bowl.

Considering 10-1 converts to an implied probability of 9.1%, there is value in taking the Rams to rebound from a tough finish to last season with a Super Bowl victory in February.
