Lions vs Bills Prop Picks, Preview
Dalton Kincaid Over 4.5 Receptions (+140)

There was quiet optimism around Bills TE Dalton Kincaid all preseason — that carried over to Week 1 of the regular season, when he caught five of six targets for 130 yards against the Texans.
What really leaps out here is his usage.
In the opening week, Kincaid had a 69% route share, which was up from 52% last year and 59% in 2024. That’s a significant uptick of work and speaks to how the coaching staff views him.
The Lions just gave up seven receptions to the Saints’ TE duo of Juwan Johnson and Noah Fant. We can see that Kincaid is running more routes than ever, so let’s back him to continue to see a high volume of targets on Thursday night.
Pick: Dalton Kincaid Over 4.5 Receptions (+140, Fanatics)
Dalton Kincaid Anytime Touchdown (+175)

As I alluded to above, the Lions struggled defending tight ends in Week 1, giving up a touchdown each to Johnson and Fant, which is one of the reasons why we’re going to back Kincaid to find the end zone here.
The Lions didn’t perform well against TEs last season either, giving up just shy of a TD per game to the position.
Kincaid didn’t get a red-zone target last week, although it should be mentioned that only Khalil Shakir did.
Last season, Kincaid had a 75% catch rate on targets inside the 20-yard line, so he’s reliable when thrown to. With his role seemingly expanding and the Lions struggling against TEs, he’s worth backing to score.
Pick: Dalton Kincaid Anytime Touchdown (+175, FanDuel)
Jahmyr Gibbs Over 29.5 Receiving Yards (-114)

We know how dangerous Jahmyr Gibbs can be when he is involved in the Lions’ passing game — he averaged 36.2 receiving yards per game last season.
This season, Gibbs looks to be in store for possibly an even heavier workload considering David Montgomery is out of the picture. Backup RBs Sione Vaki and Jacob Saylors aren't threats to take snaps away from Gibbs either.
Gibbs was on the field a lot in Week 1 and managed to catch all five of his targets for 30 yards. If Gibbs gets volume here, he should cover this line with ease. Whether it’s check-downs or designed plays, Gibbs should eat.
Pick: Jahmyr Gibbs Over 29.5 Receiving Yards (-114, bet365)
