Betting an NFL Parlay via Anytime Touchdown scorers is incredibly fun, even if they’re mostly a losing proposition that will drain your bankroll if you’re not careful. Most sportsbooks tend to clean up on this bet type, so how do we scratch the “parlay itch” without overextending ourselves financially?
Allow me to introduce “The 180 Challenge” before the 2025 NFL season begins — here’s how it works:
Each week, I'll be betting a three-leg Anytime TD parlay that equates to +1800 or more. $10 per parlay ticket, $180 total for the season.
The goal is to win as much as possible. But the safety net is that you only need to hit one parlay all season to make your money back.
If you go 0-18 (which is unfortunate), the positive spin is it's only $180. This way, we can still participate in fun touchdown parlays while managing our bankroll and not going overboard on bad spending habits.
Here’s my NFL Anytime Touchdown Parlay for Week 1 at 21-1 at FanDuel:
NFL Parlay — Week 1 Anytime Touchdown Scorers
- Davante Adams Anytime TD Scorer (+145)
- George Kittle Anytime TD Scorer (+170)
- Justin Fields Anytime TD Scorer (+230)
Parlay Odds: +2123 (FanDuel)
Disclaimer: 18-1 parlays have less than 5% chance of hitting and that percentage only shrinks as you increase the parlay odds. Keep your expectations in check and bet on these for recreation.
Texans vs. Rams Parlay Pick: Davante Adams
Even at the ripe age of 32, Davante Adams is still a certified touchdown machine.
Last season, between his time with the Raiders and the Jets, he found the end zone eight times – with six of those over the final five games.
Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford should be a big upgrade over Aaron Rodgers, and given Adams’ touchdown pedigree, I’m confident in picking him to score in Week 1.
49ers vs. Seahawks Parlay Pick: George Kittle
The Red-Zone Monster is at it again.
George Kittle registered eight touchdowns last season, but he had 11 targets inside the 10-yard line that resulted in six touchdowns. Both were second amongst all tight ends in 2024.
San Francisco’s passing options are pretty limited with Brandon Aiyuk out, so I expect Kittle to be a big part of the Niners' passing attack.
Not only that, Kittle has managed to score seven touchdowns in the past six regular-season games against the Seahawks, and I expect that tradition to continue.
Steelers vs. Jets Parlay Pick: Justin Fields
All Justin Fields does is run.
In his five starts with the Steelers last season, Fields averaged nine carries per game. As a result of that, he finished with five rushing touchdowns and 11 carries inside the 10-yard line.
With a game featuring two unspectacular offenses, I don’t expect a whole lot of scoring. But if the Jets march down the field and get in a good position, I won’t be surprised if Fields calls his own number.
Parlaying all these picks will come out to around 21-1 on FanDuel, which offers a solid payout for the first 180 Challenge of the season.
Bonne chance!
