The Lions have struggled recently in their annual Thanksgiving game, losing six in a row and going 3-3 against the spread. They’re haven’t been favorites on Turkey Day since 2016, and they’re 6-2 ATS as favorites this year after failing to cover against the Bears.
The Lions opened as 7.5-point favorites on Sunday, and they’re 2-1 when laying at least seven points this season. Their average margin of victory this season is 10.1 points. Finally, they beat Green Bay by 14 points earlier this year, 34-20.
