Rams vs Seahawks Prop Picks, Preview
Rashid Shaheed Over 4.5 Rushing Yards (-115)

Rashid Shaheed 25+ Rushing Yards (+357)

This really feels like a game in which the Seahawks could utilize Rashid Shaheed’s unique skillset to a devastating degree.
He has good odds to score a touchdown, especially given his threat on special teams, but his best value comes as a runner, so we’re going to double down on him here.
His rushing yards line stands at 4.5, which is great value but given how successful he’s been when rushing, I also want to back him to record 25+ yards on the ground.
Shaheed has played in 10 games since being acquired from the Seahawks and has rushed the ball in seven of them. He’s had over 4.5 rushing yards in half of his games, and 25+ rushing yards in two, including against the Rams and last week against the 49ers.
He’s averaging 8.7 yards per carry, and given there’s no Zach Charbonnet, we’re likely to see Klint Kubiak get creative here, so look out for Shaheed to get carries and hit a big yardage total.
Pick: Rashid Shaheed Over 4.5 Rushing Yards (-115; BetMGM) | Rashid Shaheed 25+ Rushing Yards (+357; DraftKings)
Kenneth Walker Under 20.5 Rushing Attempts (-130)

Coming in to this game off the back of a season-best 116 yards and three touchdown performance against the Niners, it’s the perfect opportunity to fade Kenneth Walker and take the under on his sky-high 20.5 rushing attempt total. This is a number that he’s hit just twice in the past three seasons and even with Charbonnet sidelined, it seems too high.
Firstly, it looks like George Holani might return and give the Seahawks an option to spell Walker. Then there’s the aforementioned wild card of Shaheed.
Last week against the Niners, we saw Walker and Charbonnet combine for 25 carries; a scoreline in which the game script heavily favored the team rushing.
If this game is closer, let alone if the Rams are winning, then that could be flipped entirely. Walker might well have a very good Sunday, but I want the under on his carries.
Pick: Kenneth Walker Under 20.5 Rushing Attempts (-130; BetMGM)
Colby Parkinson Over 2.5 Receptions (-125)

I’m bullish on Colby Parkinson for this NFC Championship Game, and this is one of my favorite lines for the playoffs so far.
It's been a real breakout season for Parkinson, who only trails Puka Nacua and Davante Adams in receptions on the Rams this season. Parkinson's also had three or more receptions in seven of his past nine games.
Notably, that nine-game spell has seen a lot of targets, with an average of 5.4 targets in that time. He comes into this game with at least seven targets in three of his past four games.
The Seahawks have an exceptional defense, but they ranked fifth in receptions allowed to tight ends in the regular season with 6.1 per game.
Pick: Colby Parkinson Over 2.5 Receptions (-125; bet365)
Colby Parkinson Anytime Touchdown (-125)

We’re going back to the well with Parkinson.
It really does feel like his numbers this season have gone under the radar, thanks in part down to the incredible pass-catching corps around him. He’s played 16 games this season and registered nine touchdowns, and already has one playoff touchdown after finding the end zone against the Panthers.
Parkinson scored against the Seahawks back in Week 11 and is a dangerous red-zone threat. He finished the regular season with more red-zone targets (20) than Nacua (14), as well as also having the fourth-most red-zone targets amongst all tight ends despite missing three games.
With the Seahawks defense likely focused on Nacua and Adams, it gives Parkinson the perfect opportunity to be a difference-maker.
Pick: Colby Parkinson Anytime Touchdown (-125; bet365)
