Steelers vs. Browns Odds, Predictions
This AFC North matchup carries huge weight for both franchises. Both teams sit at 2-1 on the season, meaning the outcome of this Game 4 could end up shaping their overall trajectory for the regular season.
The Pittsburgh Steelers hold the edge on the trading board due to the solid form they’ve put on display last week, in their 30-27 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals.
What’s interesting is that Cleveland has not only home-field advantage, but is also riding a similar hot streak with back-to-back victories against Carolina and Tampa Bay. Still, traders favor the visiting team, perhaps believing the Steelers faced tougher tests to prove their mettle over their first three games.
This is going to be a close game, making the moneyline far too risky. Targeting the Over 38.5 total points at 48 cents is the best play.
What to Expect From This AFC North Clash
In Week 3, Jaylen Warren emerged as the star of the Steelers' offense, putting up a standout performance with 176 total yards combined across the ground and air game. Meanwhile, Aaron Rodgers delivered a rock-solid outing, racking up 292 passing yards and 3 touchdowns.
The downside for Pittsburgh came from their secondary, which allowed 282 yards through the air against the Bengals.
For the Browns, rookie wideout Denzel Boston is cementing his role as one of the positive surprises in their attack, while Myles Garrett and the defensive line continue to generate relentless pressure.
The glaring issue in Cleveland remains Deshaun Watson, who continues to suffer frequent sacks (averaging 4 per game) and poor third-down efficiency, severely bottlenecking their offensive rhythm.
Expect a physical brawl dictated by play in the trenches. If Cleveland fails to establish a functional ground game to take pressure off their passing attack, Rodgers and the Steelers' offense will be positioned to dictate the tempo and break their road win drought.
Steelers vs Browns Best Player Props
Rushing Yards, Receiving Yards
One of the best plays is Jaylen Warren to cover 69.5 Rushing Yards. At 60 cents a share, it might sound a bit steep, but the setup is ideal for the Pittsburgh Steelers’ running back.
Coming off his breakout performance last Sunday, where he played on 90% of the Steelers’ snaps, Warren is in a prime position to keep earning praise from his head coach tonight.
Another player bound to command plenty of attention is Darnell Washington, and for good reason. The Steelers’ tight end can wreak havoc against a defense that has struggled against much less imposing players than Washington.
Targeting Over 19.5 Receiving Yards at 47 cents sounds like a solid deal.
Anytime Touchdowns
An interesting option is Deshaun Watson, the Cleveland Browns’ quarterback, who has shown steady improvement even though he hasn't found the end zone yet. The context of this game could be ideal for him to score his first touchdown of the season, and with his Yes shares selling at 16 cents, it’s well worth taking the flyer.
If Watson feels a bit too out-there for you, Harold Fannin Jr. is another intriguing option for the Browns, with Yes shares priced at just 25 cents, making it a more than competitive value.
As for the Steelers, Jaylen Warren looks like a great pick, especially considering his incredible game against the Bengals. His level of play has been on a steady rise, and tonight might just be the night he punches in his 15th career TD.
