The Baltimore Ravens have locked up the AFC's top playoff seed, resulting in a meaningless Week 17 matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Baltimore will rest many starters, including likely NFL MVP Lamar Jackson. On the other hand, Pittsburgh still has a chance at making the postseason with a win against the Ravens and a Titans loss to the Texans.
The Ravens opened as 2.5-point favorites over the Steelers last Sunday, but that number quickly flipped to Pittsburgh -2.5 and remained there until Friday.

And while many would expect bettors to continue loading up on a motivated team laying less than a field against the one resting starters, that's surprisingly not the case.

Bettors are clearly not deterred by Robert Griffin under center instead of Lamar Jackson, as 62% of all spread wagers have taken the Ravens.
In fact, sharp action is also coming down on Baltimore, evidenced by two smart money indicators triggered on John Harbaugh's team by Sports Insights' Bet Signals since Saturday night.
With bettors — both casual and sharp — still playing the Ravens, the spread has dropped from Baltimore +2.5 on Friday to -1 at the time of writing.
