What I found testing it

What I found testing it

No code, as advertised. I created an account, completed verification, and had access straight away. I deposited $10 — the minimum — with a Visa debit card, and it went through in a few minutes.

The app itself is mobile-first, clean, and built around simple yes/no questions, with sports sitting alongside financial and cultural markets.

Two things caught me out. If you already have a FanDuel sportsbook account, this is a separate app with a separate wallet — you can't share funds between them, and funding is limited to debit cards, Apple Pay and ACH. No PayPal or other digital wallets, which is a step down from what FanDuel customers are used to. And in states where sports betting is legal, the sports markets are blocked on Predicts. I ended up trading entertainment, economics and financial markets instead, and using the sportsbook app for anything sporting.

The $100 is the headline, but the structure is what matters. You need a first-time deposit, then a minimum $1 trade each day for five consecutive days to earn the full amount; miss a day, and you cap what you collect. Remember, postseason baseball can move quickly from one game to the next, especially once starting pitchers and lineups are confirmed. That's why if I’m looking at an MLB contract before first pitch, I’d check the latest market price again after that news comes out rather than assuming an earlier price is still where I left it.

Also, if you're trading a single-game contract, check the exact settlement rules before entering. Not every platform handles the same outcome the same way.
