Novak Djokovic is the clear betting favorite to win the 2019 US Open. The 32-year-old Serb is listed at +110 to win his third Grand Slam of the season. At +110, oddsmakers are giving Djokovic approximately a 47.6% chance of defending his title in Flushing.

Rafael Nadal, who lost via retirement against Juan Martin del Potro in the 2018 US Open semifinals, is the second choice in the betting market at +350 with Roger Federer behind him at 5-1.

Federer's odds are definitely worth keeping an eye on over the next couple of days as the Swiss Maestro received a pretty favorable draw but is coming off a surprising loss to Andrey Rublev in his last match.

Djokovic's draw is much trickier as he has a date with No. 5 seed Daniil Medvedev looming in the quarterfinals. The young Russian star is in the midst of the most impressive stretch of his career and is coming off a title at the Cincinnati Masters, where he beat Djokovic in the semifinals.

Medvedev's stock has risen more than any other player since Wimbledon and the 23-year-old Moscow native has shortened to 13-1 for the tournament, making him the "next best" outside the Big 3.

Rounding out the top five in the odds is Alexander Zverev, the uber-talented-but-enigmatic German. Zverev has the toolkit to win a major event but has yet to put it all together.

One other player to keep tabs on will be Nick Kyrgios. The mercurial Aussie is one of the most skilled tennis players on the planet but is a betting nightmare as speculators need to guess which version of the 24-year-old will show up.

Round 1 of the 2019 US Open begins on Monday, August 26 at 11 a.m. ET.
