Wimbledon Predictions, Picks, Odds — Friday, July 3
Safiullin vs Fonseca Odds
| Roman Safiullin Odds | +207 |
| Joao Fonseca Odds | -271 |
| Over/Under | 38.5 (-120o / -120u) |
| Time | How to Watch | Friday, Approx. 6 a.m. ET | ESPN Unlmtd |

Roman Safiullin isn't a top-100 player in the world, but he's had an excellent run here at Wimbledon, coming out of qualifying before beating Andrey Rublev and Botic van de Zandschulp.
He already has five consecutive victories, including those in the qualifiers, but he also has a problem: He's coming off three consecutive five-set matches.
Meanwhile, Joao Fonseca is a huge talent, and he's starting to settle in better and better on grass. Until now, no one paid much attention to him here at Wimbledon.
However, there's already expectations of a repeat of the duel with Novak Djokovic from Roland Garros, as the two are expected to meet in the fourth round.
Fonseca hasn't lost a set yet, so he has a lot of confidence.
I'll take a stab at Fonseca to win 3-0 at +200 on DraftKings, as Safiullin may be gassed following his long time on the court.
Pick: Joao Fonseca to Win 3-0 (+200, DraftKings)
Hurkacz vs Paul Odds
| Hubert Hurkacz Odds | +175 |
| Tommy Paul Odds | +226 |
| Over/Under | 40.5 (-115o / -125u) |
| Time | How to Watch | Friday, Approx. 9:30 a.m. ET | ESPN Unlmtd |

Hubert Hurkacz is a master on grass, as he can utilize his big serve and flat groundstrokes to his advantage. Although he's not a favorite on Friday, I wouldn't be surprised if he were to prevail.
In any case, this match should be a long one.
Hurkacz serves excellently, but on the return, he's slow. That sets up a match with very few breaks and potentially multiple tiebreaks.
Tommy Paul came into this tournament after reaching the final at Queen's, surprisingly losing to Francisco Cerundolo. The American has shown an ideal rhythm at Wimbledon, though, and so far, he hasn't lost a set.
Although the matches were short, he notched many aces: 12 against Alexandre Muller and 19 against Soonwoo Kwon. On Friday, I expect a match of four, maybe even five sets, so Paul could have similar statistics on serve.
I like Paul to earn 10+ aces, but the value really isn't there at -225 at bet365. Take a look at 15+ at +150, as again, this will be a long match.
Pick: Tommy Paul to Record 15+ Aces (+150, bet365)
