Terms of Participation

Organizer

Better Collective USA, Inc., with the registered office at 61 West 23rd Street, Second Floor, New York, New York 10010. (the “Organizer”) and the owner of actionnetwork.com and of @playbook (the X account), is holding a sweepstakes giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the “sweepstakes giveaway”) completely free of charge.

Eligibility

1. In order to participate in the sweepstakes giveaway, a participant (the "Participant", "You", “Your”) must be over 21 years of age.
2. The sweepstakes giveaway is open only to residents of the United States and Canada.
3. By taking part in the sweepstakes giveaway, you consent to these sweepstakes giveaway Terms of Participation and the Privacy Policy.
4. Employees, freelancers, and brand ambassadors hired by the Organizer, directly or through intermediary companies, are not allowed to participate in the sweepstakes giveaway.

Start and Closing Date

1. Participation in the sweepstakes giveaway is open from 09/04/2025 and will last until 09/08/2025.

How to Participate

1. Participation in the sweepstakes giveaway is completely free of charge for all Participants.
2. To participate in the sweepstakes giveaway, the Participants must successfully complete the tag of the @playbook account on X and receive an auto-built bet slip. 
3. Each Participant is eligible to be entered in the daily sweepstakes giveaway only once per day.

Prizes

1. The Prize will be awarded to one (1) Participant (the “Winner”).
2. The Winner will be selected by a random draw from the eligible Participants who completed all the steps outlined in the section “How to Participate” above.
3. The Winner will be awarded an Amazon gift card valued at $100 (the “Prize”).
4. The name of the Winner will be announced publicly on the @playbook account in a maximum of fifteen (15) days after settling and verifying the Winner.
5. The Organizer will contact the Winner to arrange the handover of the Prize within a maximum of fifteen (15) days after announcing the Winner.
6. The Winner will have a maximum of five (5) days to provide the Organizer with the necessary information for the handover of the Prize. In case the Winner fails to provide the necessary information within the prescribed time, their win will be voided.
7. The Prize is non-taxable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, and the option to receive a cash equivalent as an alternative is not available.
