Not sure how I am supposed to continue writing these articles if I can't bet on him every fifth day. What a shame.

Anywho, back to business. We're looking to continue a little two-prop win streak from last Thursday. There's not a ton to choose from tonight, but there's still one prop I wholeheartedly love. Love it more than my son, Mark Jr.

Phillies SP Jake Arrieta

The Pick: Under 5 (-125)

Jake Arrieta is off to a very strong start this year. All four of his starts have been "quality starts," and he has a ERA of just 2.25 — he's probably daydreaming of his glory days back with the Cubs.

He faces a Mets team tonight that he saw just five days ago and took care of with relative ease. Eight innings pitched, two runs but just three strikeouts.

He has 18 strikeouts in 28 innings this year, but just 10 strikeouts in 21 innings against everyone not named the Miami Marlins.

His K/9 dropped from 8.71 to 7.19 last year, which has dropped to just 5.79 this year. With a strikeout over/under of 5, he'd need to double the total from his last start against the Mets to cash the over tonight. Remember, he also pitched eight innings, which is something rarely seen for any pitcher these days.

If he goes six innings or so, it'll be tough for him to hit this over. We're projecting just 3.7 strikeouts.
