Twins vs Orioles Parlay, Picks
Story: Bradish to Shine in Orioles Win
SGP Building Blocks
- Orioles ML
- Kyle Bradish Under 2.5 ER
Parlay Odds: +136 (DraftKings)
The Twins continue on to their second matchup of a three-game set at Camden Yards as right-hander Taj Bradley prepares to take the bump in his first full season in Minnesota after being dealt from the Rays at last year’s deadline.
Despite many fantastic outings in Bradley’s time in Tampa Bay, Bradley is very susceptible to getting rocked, with the 4th-year player finishing last season with an ERA upwards of 5, also posting a 1.31 WHIP in 2025.
Orioles’ veteran starting pitcher Kyle Bradish is set to take the mound for Baltimore in his fifth season with the team, and has seemingly taken over the two-spot in the rotation despite only having made 14 starts over the last two seasons.
The 29-year-old underwent Tommy John surgery in June of 2024 after a partial UCL tear resulted in the right-hander having to miss a year of action to rehab his elbow back to full strength prior to returning to make six starts at the end of 2025.
Bradish is a big-time sleeper to have a massive bounce-back season for the Orioles after a breakout sophomore campaign in 2023, finishing fourth in the American League Cy Young Award voting as the righty posted a 2.83 ERA along with 168 strikeouts.
Despite missing extensive time to rehab his elbow, the Orioles’ righty has boasted a remarkable 1.05 WHIP over his last 40 starts.
I am expecting more of the same from Bradish this season, and am inclined to back Baltimore in this spot with a substantial pitching edge — not to mention a new and improved lineup that now features former-Met Pete Alonso.
In addition to Orioles ML as the front leg of the SGP, I think targeting Bradish to go under his Earned Run (ER) total is another way to extract value from Saturday afternoon’s matchup.
Upside Parlay
- Orioles ML
- Kyle Bradish Under 2.5 ER
- Gunnar Henderson Over 1.5 TB
Parlay Odds: +370 (DraftKings)
Upon establishing some building blocks for our SGP, I will look to target the Orioles' lineup in the player prop market to find some success against the Twins’ right-hander. Bradley is 2-3 with an ERA over 7 in seven appearances versus the Orioles in his career thus far.
Orioles SS Gunnar Henderson has 20 career AB versus the former-Rays SP, with the 24-year-old mashing .400, recording eight hits, one of which was a homer.
While Bradley is an elite strikeout pitcher with a high-velocity fastball that generates a lot of “swings and misses” or whiffs, his lack of consistency has led to a string of bad starts, often resulting in him giving up a ton of damage to left-handed hitters like Henderson.
In what should be a monster third season for the Orioles’ young superstar, I will be targeting Henderson to exceed his total base total, which should add substantial value to the SGP.
Longshot Contrarian Angle subtext=
- Orioles ML
- Kyle Bradish Under 2.5 ER
- Gunnar Henderson Over 1.5 TB
- Pete Alonso RBI
Parlay Odds: +850 (DraftKings)
To extract the maximum value while constructing my SGPs, I frequently pair my preferred side with a player prop from the opposing team. That said, I do not feel comfortable doing so in this case, as I fully expect Bradish to have an extremely dominant 2026 debut.
I will be targeting another Orioles’ hitter who has previously had a ton of success in prior AB’s versus Bradley, and that is Baltimore’s newly-acquired, power-hitting first baseman Pete Alonso.
While “Polar Pete” has had just three plate appearances against Bradley, considering the two previously played in different leagues, Alonso recorded two hits, which include a double and a 446-foot solo-shot to center field.
Given Bradley’s tendency to allow hard-hits, I feel good about targeting Alonso in the RBI market, where the opportunities should be plenty matched up with a stacked Orioles lineup.
At plus-money, Pete to record an RBI should successfully maximize value in our SGP for Saturday afternoon’s contest.
