Smith vs. Whitehead Pick, Prediction

Jacobe Smith had a July bout with Kevin Holland canceled and was rebooked for UFC 332 against Fury FC debutant Bruce Whitehead.

Smith is the biggest favorite on the card, and I agree; he's 3-0 in the UFC, has a decorated wrestling background, seems like an exceptional athlete, and the UFC keeps giving him soft matchups.

Whitehead isn't particularly durable, and his only path to victory is if Smith has an adrenaline dump and crashes out at altitude; if Whitehead survives the opening round, he's worth a poke in the live market; otherwise, I'm likely passing on this fight.

Zerillo's Pick:

  • Bruce Whitehead Live After Round 1
