Most Recent Updates
Enes Kanter Traded to the Trail Blazers
The Boston Celtics are sending Kanter back to the Blazers, the team he played 23 games for in 2019, in a three team move that also involves the Grizzlies.
Kelly Oubre Traded to the Warriors
The Warriors, looking to fill a huge void after losing Klay Thompson for the season to a torn achilles, have traded for guard Kelly Oubre. The Warriors sent the Thunder back a 2021 first-round pick, adding to their robust stockpile of picks over the next five years.
The Warriors’ odds took a hit after the Thompson news, dropping from 7-1 to 22-1 at PointsBet. The Oubre move hasn’t moved the market, but should help keep them competitive in the Western conference.
Seth Curry Traded to the 76ers
Daryl Morey and the Sixers add another sharp shooter to their roster, trading Josh Richardson to the Mavericks for Seth Curry.
Landry Shamet Traded to the Nets
The Brooklyn Nets have acquired Shamet in a three team deal with the Clippers and Pistons.
Ricky Rubio Traded to Timberwolves
Rubio will head back to Minnesota where he played the first six season of his career.
Danny Green traded to 76ers
Green and Terrance Ferguson have been traded to the Sixers in exchange for Al Horford and two draft picks.
Robert Covington Traded to the Trail Blazers
Covington is headed to Portland after bouncing from Minnesota to Houston last season.
Jrue Holiday Traded to the Bucks
The Milwaukee Bucks have traded for star guard Jrue Holiday. The New Orleans Pelicans will reportedly send Holiday to the Bucks for Eric Bledsoe, George Hill and draft picks.
The Bucks saw a slight boost in their title odds moving from +550 to +450 and now have the second-shortest odds behind the Los Angeles Lakers.
Chris Paul Traded to the Suns
Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Chris Paul is headed to the Phoenix Suns, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
So far the news hasn’t moved the odds at PointsBet, where the Suns are listed at 66-1 to win the NBA title next season. The Suns fell just short of a potential play-in game spot during the NBA’s restart in Orlando despite being the only team to win all eight of its seeding games. The combo of Paul and Devin Booker would give the Suns two perennial All-Stars for the first time since 2009-10 when they had Amar’e Stoudemire and Steve Nash.
The Thunder have also reportedly reached a deal that will send Sixth Man of the Year runner-up Dennis Schröder to the Lakers in exchange for Danny Green and the No. 28 pick in this year’s draft.
