Last year, Abilene Christian made a splash in the NCAA Tournament with a win against Texas, and it has a chance to make it back to the tournament this year.

The Wildcats will take on New Mexico State in the WAC championship game with a March Madness spot on the line, but the reigning WAC champions come into this one as an underdog.

NMSU has had an excellent season, showcased by the 25-6 record it carries into this game. The Wildcats have regressed from last year, but they have a 23-9 record and got past the second and third seeds in the tournament in order to reach the final.

Ahead of the late-night battle, here's how sharps are betting the WAC title game.
