There are two on the slate but we are focused on the clash between the Akron Zips and Ball State Cardinals.
Both schools are off to hot starts this season.
Akron is 9-5 and started 1-0 in the conference with a 76-51 win over Northern Illinois. Akron is the third highest-ranked team in the MAC in overall efficiency according to KenPom.
The fourth highest-ranked team is Ball State, which makes this a tilt between two of the top three teams in the MAC so far this season.
Ball State is 10-4 overall and started MAC play with a 90-83 win over Toledo. Toledo is No. 2 in the MAC in KenPom rankings.
