The Penn Quakers travel to Maryland to take on the Towson Tigers for some daytime college basketball.

This matchup between the No. 196 ranked team (Penn) and the No. 216 ranked team (Towson) according to KenPom might be a stinker.

But unless you're a European soccer fan, what else are you going to bet on this lazy, Thanksgiving week Tuesday?

Penn are 3-4 but all their losses have come against solid, non-conference opponents.

They've lost to Davidson (83rd), at George Mason (136th) and at Florida State (23rd). Penn also lost at Utah State (67th), but that one went to double overtime.

The Quakers' three victories have come against a serviceable Old Dominion squad (183rd), at Bucknell (298th) and at home versus Lafayette (301st).

Penn rank No. 130 in adjusted offense in all of Division-I college basketball, but are just No. 289 in adjusted defense, according to KenPom.

Meanwhile, Towson only have wins over bad programs in Albany (302nd) and Hampton (333rd). The Tigers are 2-2. But, they did keep it extremely close against a Pittsburgh team that's ranked 170th in the country, according to KenPom. Towson lost that game by four points.

Towson's only other loss came against Monmouth, which rank 195th in the country.

With these factors in mind, let's see what The Action Network's model says about this game.
