Georgia and Alabama will meet on Saturday, Dec. 1 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta with an SEC Championship and potentially a College Football Playoff berth on the line.
The Bulldogs likely need a win over the Tide to reach their second-straight CFP, while Alabama is probably in even with a loss.
This game comes about 11 months after Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa led the Tide back in the second half to win the national title over Georgia in double overtime on this very same field as a 4-point favorite.

SEC Championship Game Betting Odds Tracker
We’ll be using odds from Pinnacle unless otherwise noted. All data comes from our live odds dashboard at Sports Insights.
3:45 p.m. ET: Pinnacle moved to Alabama -11 despite betting action being in favor of the Tide — 59% of the bets and 57% of money.
2:45 p.m. ET: Alabama is down to -11.5 at Pinnacle. There’s still no market consensus, as books are ranging from -11.5 to -13.5 right now.
12 p.m. ET: Georgia money continues to pour in, and Bookmaker and BetOnline are down to Alabama -11. Bovada is still showing a 14.
10:40 a.m. ET: The market consensus for this game is about -12, but BetOnline is showing -11.5. That seems to be the way this line is moving.
The over/under has creeped up to 64, as well.
7:30 a.m. ET: Some Georgia money came on overnight from Friday into Saturday, moving the Bulldogs from +13.5 to +12.5 at Pinnacle and Bookmaker. At Bovada and 5Dimes, the line sits at UGA +14, though I’d expect that to disappear soon.
Our Bet Signals at Sports Insights triggered a steam move — sudden, drastic and uniform line movement across the entire sports betting marketplace that’s usually a result of sharp action — on Georgia on Friday afternoon.
