Bryant Bulldogs Betting Preview

Bryant opened the year up with a 24-6 win over Stonehill last week.

Head coach Chris Merritt is looking to avoid a third straight dismal season, after compiling a 1-10 record in 2024 and 3-9 clip last season. The highlight of the '25 campaign was a win over UMass, but the Bulldogs finished the year on a low note overall, losing eight of their last 10.

Bryant QB Brennan Myer struggled in the opener. He completed 10-of-20 passes for 106 yards through the air, and totaled 26 yards on seven carries to go along with a rushing score.

The offense got a nice spark from LIU transfer OJ Ross, who posted more than 100 yards on the ground against Stonehill.

Army Black Knights Betting Preview: Solid Where It Matters

Action's Collin Wilson power rates Army No. 92 in the country heading into Week 1.

The Black Knights' 2025 offense regressed in a big way from the '24 unit. Last year's offense averaged a full 1.1 yards fewer, and roughly a touchdown less per game. Cale Hellums is expected to be the guy under center for the run-heavy Army offense. Last season, Hellums totaled more than 1,200 yards on the ground. He and the skill players will be operating alongside a very solid offensive line led by Brady Small.

Army was 7-5-1 against the spread last season. The Black Knights were a much better 'under' team (8-5).

Overall, Army ranks 75th in returning production entering the season.
