The BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION gives eligible new users up to $1,500 back in bonus bets if their first qualifying wager does not win. The offer is available for Commanders vs. 49ers on Monday Night Football, with kickoff set for 8:15 p.m. ET on ABC and ESPN.
San Francisco is favored by 7.5 points with the total at 52, and my preferred sports betting angle is Under 52 (-108). I project something close to a 30-20 49ers win, which also puts San Francisco in range to cover against a Washington team facing one of the NFL's most efficient offenses.
The BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION stands out among current NFL betting promos because the offer applies whether the first qualifying wager wins or does not win. Use the module below to register before Monday night's NFL matchup.

How the BetMGM Bonus Code Works
The BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION applies to one qualifying first bet. If that wager wins, it settles normally. If it does not win, BetMGM can provide bonus bets equal to the qualifying stake, up to $1,500, under the offer terms.
For example, a qualifying $200 first bet that does not win could return $200 in bonus bets. Bonus bets from sports betting sites are non-withdrawable and the bonus stake is not returned with winnings.
Commanders vs. 49ers Odds
Here are the latest NFL odds from BetMGM for the matchup. Lines can move before kickoff, so check the app for the latest numbers.
| Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Commanders (1-3-1) | +7.5 (-112) | around +350 | Over 52 (-110) |
| 49ers (5-0) | -7.5 (-105) | around -450 | Under 52 (-108) |
San Francisco opened around -5.5, while the total opened at 50.5. Both have moved toward the 49ers and the Over, with the spread reaching -7.5 and the total climbing to 52.
San Francisco owns one of the league's strongest offensive profiles. Brock Purdy leads the NFL in QBR at 85.5, the 49ers rank second in EPA per play, and Christian McCaffrey and George Kittle are both healthy.
The receiver room does carry some uncertainty, with Mike Evans and Christian Kirk dealing with injuries. That could push more of the offense through McCaffrey and Kittle.
Washington gets Daniels back without an injury designation after he threw for 199 yards and rushed for 103 with two touchdowns last week. The Commanders are also dealing with offensive injuries, however, including Jacory Croskey-Merritt being out and Stefon Diggs carrying a questionable designation.
San Francisco is shorthanded defensively with Nick Bosa out and Dre Greenlaw suspended, but Washington's defense remains the larger concern. The Commanders rank in the bottom 10 in EPA per play allowed and have struggled against efficient passing offenses.
Commanders vs. 49ers Prediction
- Commanders vs. 49ers prediction: Under 52 (-108) at BetMGM
Purdy and McCaffrey should consistently move the ball against Washington's defense, but the matchup does not necessarily require San Francisco to turn the game into a shootout. If the 49ers build a second-half lead, the offense can lean more heavily on McCaffrey and longer possessions.
Washington's best path to offense runs through Daniels. His rushing ability should create some explosive plays, particularly with Bosa unavailable, but the Commanders may have trouble sustaining enough scoring drives to push this total comfortably into the mid-50s.
The move from 50.5 to 52 also creates a better number for the Under. San Francisco's 32-29 win over Seattle last week included seven combined turnovers, an unusual game script that created additional scoring opportunities.
With a cleaner game, I expect fewer short fields and a more controlled second half.
