Eagles vs. Buccaneers Pick
These two teams met in Week 3 on Monday Night Football and the total closed at 44.5 in the same venue. Philadelphia dominated in the running game, but Hurts couldn't do much against the blitz. The Eagles' defensive line completely overwhelmed the Buccaneers along the offensive front as well. Philadelphia's defense isn't nearly as dominant up front now, but this total should be a few points lower.
Given the possibility of rain throughout the game as an additional factor, I'd bet the under at 43 or better.

It’s fair to say Mike Evans has been a blessing to bettors this season. Many expected a drop-off from No. 13 with Baker Mayfield at quarterback, but it didn’t happen.
Evans may have had four less receptions than last year with 79, but he more than doubled his touchdowns with 13 compared to last year’s six. The value on him for an anytime touchdown has steadily dropped all season, and instead today I’m going to bet on his total receptions.
The line currently stands at 4.5, a number he’s hit nine times in 17 games. That doesn’t sound too promising, but you have to consider that Mayfield loves him and has targeted him five or more times in all but two games this season. Given that the Eagles’ defense has allowed more passing yards than anybody besides the Commanders, you have to think Mayfield will be airing it out again, and the over on 4.5 receptions should land comfortably.
Pick: Mike Evans Over 4.5 Receptions (-130)
If Godwin isn’t enough value for you, take a swing on Otton because the Eagles were 28th in DVOA vs. TEs and allowed the most TDs to the slot. When Evans scored earlier this season on them, he was lined up in the slot.
