The last few weeks have been slow in terms of good NFL spread bets. This doesn't mean that there haven't been smart bets overall, just that they skewed heavily toward over/unders instead of sides.

Well, according to our NFL PRO Report that has flipped in Week 9, with plenty of Sunday matchups offering good spread betting opportunities, including Giants vs. Washington (1 p.m. ET, FOX) and Steelers vs. Cowboys (4:25 p.m. ET, CBS). 

Let's take a look at the factors making each of these such good bets.

NFL Pick: Giants vs. Washington

Sharp Action

Looking at opening vs. current odds basically tells the entire story of how sharps are betting Giants vs. Washington.

New York opened as a 3.5-point favorite and is now down to +2.5. Why? Because, according to Sports Insights' Bet Signals bettors with the resources to move the market hit the Giants at +3.5.

Big Money

Sharps are also backing up their opinions with big bucks, as 80% of money wagered on just 53% of the tickets has come in on New York as well.

While the splits aren't as drastic as Giants vs. Washington, the bets-vs.-money discrepancy is one to note for Steelers vs. Cowboys as well.

Dallas has attracted 34% of the bets, yet 45% of actual dollars wagered, again detailing where the bigger bets are falling on this game.
