NFL Player Props: Bet CJ Stroud In Texans-Ravens

NFL Player Props | Texans vs Ravens
Heading into the Divisional Round, Texans quarterback CJ Stroud has dominated his rookie year expectations and has already cemented himself as the NFL's youngest superstar in the league. Stroud has thrown for nine touchdowns without an interception over his last six games but will now face his toughest test.
I'm eyeing his pass attempts, which is set at a line of 34.5, an inflated number Stroud has failed to hit in five straight, with 36 attempts coming back in November versus the Broncos.
Stroud averages 33.2 pass attempts through 16 games, but that number shot up to 34.8 in his six losses. Of those games, Stroud eclipsed this prop mark in four of the six, with one of the two misses coming from a blowout loss versus the Jets.
Today's matchup versus the Ravens should call for a similar script where Stroud must air it out if he wants to win. The Ravens are heavy -9.5 favorites, and when trailing, Stroud has the eighth-highest pass rate per Action Network's Sean Koerner.
During the Ravens' six-game winning streak in the second half of the season, five of the last six quarterbacks who faced the Ravens went over this prop's pass attempts line, except Joe Burrow (in-game injury).
The Ravens should have a significant advantage, especially playing at home. Still, I don't think they'll be able to run the clock to put a quick end to the game against a Texans squad permitting the fewest yards per carry (3.31) to opposing running backs.
Expect Stroud to continue that trend as the Texans passing volume will be on full display to beat a motivated Ravens squad. I love his chances of going over his pass attempts today.
