Saquon Barkley Over 18.5 Rush Attempts (-110)

Giants vs. Raiders | 1 p.m. ET

In 2023, asking for at least 19 rush attempts is a big ask. However, with Saquon Barkley and the Giants facing the Raiders, we might have the perfect storm for some old-school rush-attempt totals.

Barkley has cleared this line in the three games he’s played since returning from his ankle injury. With significant question marks in the passing game, the Giants run the ball at the fourth-highest rate (and the highest rate in neutral game scripts).

Facing rookie quarterback Aidan O’Connell in his second NFL start, the Giants defense should keep the Raiders offense at bay. In fact, New York’s defense is coming off its best stretch of the season as it has held its last three opponents under 15 points.

The Raiders have allowed the most running-back rush attempts per game at 26.1, including 40 and 30 totes over the last two weeks. Barkley has been fed all of the work he can handle, and that should continue today.

I’d play this line up to -130.

Romeo Doubs Longest Reception Under 18.5 Yards -115 | Play to -17.5 Yards

Rams vs. Packers | 1 p.m. ET

Romeo Doubs has stayed under this line in six of his seven games played; notably, that one over came in a game where the Packers were without Christian Watson.

Doubs, Watson and rookie Jayden Reed have settled in as the three starting receivers for the Packers. In the four games the trio have played together, Doubs’ Average Depth of Target of 11.1 yards is the lowest, with Watson at 16.8 and Reed at 14.5.

Against the Rams, the Packers should be in position to run the ball, something that head coach Matt LaFleur adamantly spoke about in his media sessions this week.

Jordan Love has not been accurate with his deep passes as he has only completed nine of 35 pass attempts of at least 20 Air Yards (data per Pro Football Focus). I have Doubs’ longest catch projected at 15 yards and would play this line down to under 17.5 yards.

Pick: Romeo Doubs Longest Reception Under 18.5 Yards -115 (Play to -17.5 Yards | bet365)
