AFC Bournemouth vs. Leeds United
Bournemouth are flying: five straight wins across all competitions, the latest a 3-0 over Aston Villa on Wednesday to reach the Carabao Cup quarterfinals. The firepower is there and they'll get on the board.
But that cup game has to cost them something — tired legs on Saturday give Leeds room to find the net one, maybe two times. Leeds haven't won in three and need points, so they'll come forward. Back the goals.
Pick: Over 2.5 Goals (-115)
Manchester City vs. Brighton & Hove Albion
These two just did this on Wednesday. Brighton led twice before City clawed back to 2-2 and won it on penalties. Now they run it back at the Etihad with stronger lineups and three points on the line.
Brighton aren't scared of City either, unbeaten in their last four against them. And the Citizens' defense keeps giving up goals. I don't want a side here, not with both teams playing this much soccer. Four goals at even money is the play.
Pick: Over 3.5 Goals (+100)
Aston Villa vs. Fulham
Villa beat City 2-1 last week behind a Nicolas Jackson double, part of an eight-game unbeaten run. That ended midweek in the cup at Bournemouth, but the league is where this team has found its football again.
Back home at Villa Park, motivated to bounce back, and you're getting plus money. That's a good number. Back it.
Pick: Aston Villa Moneyline (+100)
Liverpool vs. Arsenal
Arsenal are banged up. Bukayo Saka is out until December, William Saliba is out, Max Dowman is suspended, and Declan Rice, Riccardo Calafiori and Noni Madueke are all questionable. They've been squeaking by 1-0 and 2-0 all season, and on Tuesday they got knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Fleetwood.
Liverpool are the opposite, getting closer to a full squad with Florian Wirtz and Alexander Isak back in recent weeks. And they're at Anfield. This is the spot to snag a win from the champs. And if it ends level, you get your money back.
