With the draw for 2025 Roland Garros officially announced, it's time to delve into French Open odds for women's singles competition.
Unlike years past, Iga Swiatek is not the betting favorite entering this French Open. The four-time champion has stumbled this year and is in a prolonged run of poor form. World No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka has pulled ahead of her longtime rival as she looks to win her first Roland Garros.
See where the rest of the women's French Open field — including Mirra Andreeva, Coco Gauff, Naomi Osaka, Jasmine Paolini and more — land below.

The winner of four of the last five French Opens, Iga Swiatek (+350) is typically the heavy betting favorite for this tournament — but not this year.
The Polish superstar is in the midst of a bad run and has dropped to fifth in the WTA rankings entering Roland Garros. Swiatek is title-less this year, peaking in the semifinals three times (Indian Wells, Australian Open, Doha). Her form at the clay events is concerning, with a quarterfinal run at Stuttgart being her best result.
Whether Swiatek can suddenly find her form at her favorite tournament is a major storyline this year. There's also the Jelena Ostapenko (+2500) factor — the Latvian is a perfect 6-0 against the Pole, and the two are potentially set up to meet in the fourth round.
Aryna Sabalenka (+275) has had considerably better results than Swiatek on clay this year and is deservedly the betting favorite. She made the finals at Stuttgart (losing to Ostapenko) and defeated Coco Gauff (+500) in the Madrid final.
There are two blockbuster matches set up for the first round: Elena Rybakina (+2800) vs. Belinda Bencic (+15000) and Naomi Osaka (+8000) vs. Paula Badosa (+6600).
The non-Gauff Americans are littered in the middle of the board: Madison Keys (+4000), Jessica Pegula (+5000), Emma Navarro (+5000), Danielle Collins (+6600). Pegula is probably the most interesting of the bunch given her reputation as a steady player, but her ceiling is usually the quarterfinals (with her 2024 US Open finals run being the anomaly).
Eighteen-year-old Mirra Andreeva (+600) has had a strong start to the tennis season, with a 27-7 record and two WTA 1000 championships (Dubai, Indian Wells) to her name. Notably, she lost to Gauff in the quarterfinals in Madrid and Italy.
Everyone's favorite player to watch, Karolina Muchova (+8000), could be an interesting value play. The only thing that has really gotten in her way in her career is health. On brand, she had to withdraw from Rome with a wrist injury.
Sticking with injury-prone Czechs, Marketa Vondrousova (+15000) finds herself way down the board. She's played just eight matches this year due to a shoulder ailment. Still, she did make the finals at Roland Garros in 2019 and won Wimbledon in 2023.
