On March 11, North Carolina betting apps will go live in the Tar Heel State!

That's right, North Carolina sports betting will offer the ability to legally wager on all major sports, like NFL, college football, college basketball, NBA, MLB and NHL.

And as a North Carolina resident myself, I can confidently say that NASCAR will also be a very popular market for bettors.

With this in mind, let's take at which North Carolina betting apps are best for NASCAR bettors.

North Carolina Betting Apps

Caesars Sportsbook

Caesars Sportsbook may very well be the best North Carolina betting app for NASCAR.

Not only does Caesars often open NASCAR odds before any other sportsbook, but the variety of options, whether it's outrights, top finishing positions, top manufacturers, driver matchups, etc. for all three major series — Cup Series, XFINITY Series and Craftsman Truck Series — make it a must-have app.

Bet365 Sportsbook

Bet365 offers a wide array of NASCAR Cup Series markets, similar to that of Caesars Sportsbook, but doesn't provide those same markets for the XFINITY and Camping World Truck Series.

However, bet365 does make up that difference by typically offering the best long-shot odds of any sportsbook, making this an essential North Carolina betting app.

DraftKings Sportsbook

DraftKings lists many of the main NASCAR markets on its betting app and is often slightly off-market on a few drivers when compared to other sportsbooks.

This alone makes DraftKings a key North Carolina betting app for savvy bettors who understand the important of shopping for the best NASCAR odds.

FanDuel Sportsbook

FanDuel offers many popular NASCAR betting markets, like outrights, props and drivers matchups.

Similar to DraftKings, FanDuel often has the best available odds for these markets and is consistently praised for being the easiest betting app to use.

ESPN BET Sportsbook

I haven't used ESPN BET all that much to this point, but this app already looks beneficial for those looking to place live, in-race NASCAR wagers.

BetMGM Sportsbook

BetMGM is similar to DraftKings and FanDuel in that it typically provides the most popular markets.

In addition, BetMGM had the lowest hold for the 2024 Daytona 500, making it an app all NASCAR bettors should consult before locking in their final wagers.

Fanatics Sportsbook

Fanatics is very new to the market and is therefore a good North Carolina betting app to download and explore, which I'll be doing once online betting goes live in my home state on March 11.
