Slot fans are getting ready for a big event at Circa Resort and Casino in downtown Las Vegas next month. The casino will host "Slotapalooza," billed as the "World's Largest Slot Party," on Saturday, July 19.
Circa announced the upcoming event on its X account.
Circa does have a little momentum heading into the big slot party. The casino recently paid out a massive slot machine win on a $2 bet.
All-Day Slot Tournament Just Part of the Festivities
The event features an all-day slot tournament from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Players will have the opportunity to compete on Cleopatra machines in a fast-paced, walk-up-style tournament. Each participant will have two minutes to try to secure the top prize, which includes a Game King Poker slot machine or $2,500 in cash.
Additionally, $15,000 in slot free play will be distributed among the top 50 qualifiers, making the tournament an enticing competition.
The evening will transform into a lively "World's Largest Slot Party" from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The casino floor will come alive with the sounds of slot machines and an open bar, inviting guests to socialize and enjoy the atmosphere. Derek Stevens, CEO of Circa, will give a brief welcome address and provide a countdown to the days festivities.
From 8:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m., attendees will have the opportunity to participate in the "Hot Seats Free Play Giveaway," where $5,000 in slot free play will be awarded every 90 seconds. No sign-up is necessary — be in the right place at the right time. There will also be merchandise giveaways throughout the evening.
Circa Resort and Casino Has a Renowned History
Opened in December 2020, Circa Resort and Casino is known for its dynamic setting and distinct features.

The lounge overlooks Sin City from Circa’s 60th floor, and was once featured in an episode of "Pawn Stars." You can also catch a glimpse of photos and busts of iconic Las Vegas personalities.
5. Vegas Vickie: The iconic neon sign known as "Vegas Vickie," which was once a landmark on Fremont Street, has found a new home inside Circa. The sign, a representation of a cowgirl kicking her leg, has been refurbished and serves as a nostalgic centerpiece for the hotel.
Slotapalooza is free and open to the public, though all participants must be at least 21 years old due to the casino's adults-only policy. While Circa bills the event as the world's largest slot party, the record for the largest slot machine tournament is held by Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn, Washington, which hosted 3,173 participants in 2016.
